Residential participants: The cost is £195. This includes registration, accommodation for Wednesday and Thursday nights, all meals and refreshments during breaks. For students this cost is reduced to £150 and for student members of the RSC the cost is just £110. Accommodation will be on the campus of Heriot-Watt University and all rooms are single en-suite. Please note that checkout time on the 7^th is 10 am. A free left luggage service is available at the main university reception.

Additional accommodation: If you require additional nights accommodation before or after the conference, please indicate your requirements on the form below. The cost is £42.50 per additional night (including breakfast).

Non-residential participants: The cost for the meeting is £35 (which includes lunch and refreshments, but no accommodation or evening meals). Dinner on the 5^th (cost £17.50) and/or the 6^th (cost £30) can also be arranged - please indicate your requirements on the registration form.

Payment: As with previous SDG meetings, payment by cheque will be accepted in advance or at registration on arrival at the conference. Electronic payment can also be processed on arrival (all major cards accepted with the exception of American Express). Cheques should be made payable to Heriot-Watt University.
